Highlights of this Quarter:

  • Completed a Pan India training project in May for an Alcobev major where we trained in their 6 alcohol manufacturing Plants (Nepal, Bihar, Kolkata, Asansol, Guwahati & Gopalpur). The training was on Team Bonding, Communication and Leadership.
  • Bagged an order from a German MNC where we are training over 300 Blue Collared workers on COMMUNICATION & BEHAVIORAL APPROACH TO SAFETY. The training project started in June and we have completed 7 batches till date. The feedback has been excellent (averaging around 92%). The project would be completed in July.
  • Bagged another order from a leading MSO (Multi System Operator) where we would training both the owners of LCO (Local Cable Operators) as well as their employees on how to be more CUSTOMER CENTRIC and more PROFESSIONAL in their approach. The project has commenced from end June where 1st batch of the owners of LCO were invited into the pilot batch. The participants appreciated the initiative and also gave very valuable inputs which would add immense value to the content going forward.
  • I had my first opportunity of training a team of a PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) – a NAVRATNA company in May. The 2 days workshop on COMMUNICATION was very well received and the feedback was very positive.
  • Conducted a very interesting workshop on NEGOTIATION skills to a Power Generation Conglomerate in June. The participants actually conduct negotiation with the trade unions and thus the session became extremely participative with some heated discussions and debates. This added the “masala” in the workshop, which made it even more interesting.
  • I was a team member in a COMPETENCY MAPPING ASSESSMENT CENTRE for a large group. This was my first active role in an assessment centre. The sales team were apprised to see whether they have the potential and competency to be given added responsibility.

VOTE OF THANKS – TAKE A BOW:

  • Ø I would like to thank each consultant friend, who has given me the opportunity to represent them in the corporate field and help me create a niche for myself. I know they have other choices of trainers too, so I feel humbled at the same time privileged and honoured to be selected by you. Hope our relationship blossoms even more and I get more opportunities in representing you in the future as well.
  • Ø I would like to thank all the Senior Managers I have met in the Corporate. I would not only like to thank them for their time but also for their help and guidance in helping me to customize the content to suit the organization’s requirement.
  • Ø I would also like to thank all my participants for their fantastic participation and being very constructive critiques. Your criticism helps me to hone my skills further and improve myself.
  • I would like to thank my fellow trainers who have always helped me with support and ideas, whenever I needed. They are sure FRIENDS IN NEED!!
  • Ø I would fail in my duties if I don’t thank my immediate family – Srabani – my wife, Dimpi – my daughter and my father. Srabani for being a rock solid support in every way possible, which makes me proud to say – she is not my better half, but my BEST HALF !! My daughter, Dimpi for not only developing my website (www.chatsmyname.in) but regularly updating and uploading my training photos with alacrity. Papa, who does not understand much due to his Alzeimer disease, but he always has his million dollar smile and sometimes asks, “Training kemon hocche?” (How is your training going on)

God Bless !!
